Certification Is Based on Demonstrated Readiness

Completion and Certification Are Related, but Not Identical

Candidates must complete the full program. Completion alone does not automatically result in certification.

Certification is awarded when a candidate has completed the required work and demonstrated the personal integration, coaching competency, ethical judgment, emotional maturity, and professional readiness required to represent the TJT methodology responsibly.

Attendance

Candidates are expected to attend all live training sessions. One absence may be addressed through makeup work approved by a TJT University trainer. More than one absence may delay completion or certification. Live sessions are recorded for candidate review. Candidates who prefer not to appear in recordings can be accommodated.

Credential Term and Renewal

Maintaining Your Certification

TJT Certification is valid for three years. Renewal requires 30 hours of continuing education, including three hours in coaching ethics, a log of coaching hours, an attestation of good standing, and payment of the renewal fee in effect at that time. Renewal fees are not refundable.

A lapsed credential enters a 30 day grace period. After that it may be reinstated within twelve months without reassessment. After twelve months, reinstatement requires reassessment.

Renewal costs and continuing education are not included in tuition.

Using TJT University Materials After Certification

Certification permits you to describe yourself as a TJT Certified Coach and to state that you trained at TJT University.

Using TJT University materials with your own independent clients requires a TJT Materials License and an annual licensing fee. That covers the curriculum, the Ownership Operating System, workbooks, tools, assessments, and T.R.U.S.T.

Terms are available from TJT University on request.

TJT University makes no representation or guarantee regarding income, earnings, client acquisition, employment, or business results arising from participation in the program or from certification.
