Admissions

Admission Begins With Readiness

TJT University is designed for individuals who are prepared to engage deeply in personal application, structured learning, coaching practice, feedback, and professional development.

Admission is based on demonstrated readiness for the experience, not interest alone.

Entry Points

Where Candidates Begin

The individual TJT Life Division coaching engagement is included in the six month program. Applicants who have not yet worked with a TJT Life Division coach begin at Month One and complete the coaching prerequisite before the certification curriculum begins.

Applicants who have already completed a TJT Life Division coaching engagement, personally completed the Ownership Model, and received confirmation from their TJT Life Division Coach may be eligible to enter at Month Four. Eligibility is determined during the admissions process.

Why the coaching engagement matters

The individual coaching engagement provides candidates with the personal foundation required before they begin learning to facilitate the methodology with others.
