Ownership Before Coaching

Ownership Must Be Practiced Before It Can Be Facilitated

TJT University is designed around a clear principle. A coach should not ask clients to practice what the coach has not personally confronted.

Candidates begin by applying the Ownership Operating System to their own behavior, decisions, patterns, standards, and systems. From that foundation, they learn how to facilitate coaching conversations with clarity, care, accountability, and respect for the person being coached.

The Ownership Operating System

A Structured Approach to Sustainable Change

The Ownership Operating System provides a practical framework for helping people move from explanation to responsibility, from reaction to intentional design, and from temporary effort to sustained ownership.

The Ownership Operating System

Select any principle to read its description. Foundation at the base, ownership as a way of living at the apex.

Principle 1

The Core Declaration

Everything changes when you stop organizing your life around explanations and begin recognizing what remains yours to influence.
